Ysgubor Esgob
‘Ysgubor Esgob’ translates as the ‘Bishop’s Barn’ and was used as the Tithe Barn during the medieval period. It adjoins our 14th century farmhouse and lies in the village of Gwalchmai, Anglesey.
We are within walking distance to Anglesey Show ground & air strip and 10 minutes drive from Rhosneigr and its beaches. We would be a super base for those visiting Anglesey Circuit at Tŷ Croes as we have plenty of parking space for car trailers.
The Beudy and Stablau adjoins our farmhouse but feels completely separate. We respect your privacy and our guests have full, undisturbed use of the Beudy and Stablau.
There is also a little ‘tŷ golchi’/ utility room for guests to use, this is a shared space for Beudy and Stablau guests. There is also a shared garden space. The Beudy and Stablau retain some of their original features such as the little hay window used to pass hay from the barn to feed the cows in the through parlour.
